From the city centre map you may see that the Music Hall is within easy walking distance. Tourist Information, His Majesty's Theatre and Art Gallery are all less than a mile away, as is the newly re-furbished Maritime Museum beside the Harbour.

The Granite City is noted for its architecture, and fine examples can be found in Bon Accord Crescent and Square to the west of Dee Street, the Music Hall, and the Town House and Salvation Army Headquarters at the eastern end of Union Street. The City Library with St Mark's Church and Theatre (known locally as "Education, Salvation and Damnation") form a particularly distinguished trio of adjacent buildings. edsadam
